NISH along with the Directorate of Social Justice is conducting 'first of its kind' online Interactive Disability Awareness Seminar (NIDAS). The programme is of 2.30 hrs duration with an hour discussion.

The twenty first seminar deals with "Speech Language Disability in Children with Epilepsy". This will be handled by Ms. Manju Mohan, Speech Therapist, Sree Chithira Thirunnal Institute of Medical Science, Thiruvananthapuram. It is scheduled for 15st July, 2017.

This online live seminar hosted at NISH will commence 10.30 am. This will be simultaneously presented at all the District Child Protection Units (DCPU) offices for audiences present there via internet.

The two and a half - hour programme in Malayalam aims to reach out across the state to larger numbers of parents and caregivers, who are not aware of the implications of disability.
